Håkan Erixon elected as new Vasakronan Board member

Håkan Erixon, expert advisor at the unit for state ownership at the Swedish Ministry of Enterprise, Energy and Communications, was elected as a new member of the Board of Vasakronan AB at an Extraordinary General Meeting on October 25, 2007.

Håkan Erixon, 46, joined the Ministry of Enterprise in 2007 and has solid experience of the capital market. He was based in London for about 20 years and was employed by companies including UBS Investment Bank, Merrill Lynch International and Citicorp Investment Bank. Håkan Erixon is an economics and business studies graduate of the Göteborg School of Business, Economics and Law.

Vasakronan’s Board of Directors currently comprises Lars V Kylberg, Chairman, Lars Johan Cederlund, Håkan Erixon, Birgitta Kantola, Christina Liffner, Jan Roxendal and Kristina Schauman, as well as employee representatives Ronny Bergström and Marianne Gustafsson.
