Vasakronan acquires property in central Göteborg

Vasakronan has acquired the Masthugget 10:3 property in Göteborg, valued at SEK 35 M. The property is a nine-storey office building of approximately 2,400 square meters and is located close to Järntorget in Göteborg. The sellers are Sätila Holding and Harald Emgård.

Vasakronan is the largest player in the commercial market in central Göteborg. Property holdings are concentrated in such attractive submarkets as within Vallgraven, Östra and Västra Nordstaden, Gullbergsvass and Gårda. The property holdings in Göteborg have a market value of SEK 6.5 billion and Vasakronan has 25 properties in the city. Rental revenues amount to approximately SEK 440 M and the vacancy rate is approximately 2%.
