Vasakronan acquires central property in Jönköping from Länsförsäkringar for SEK 104,4 M Vasakronan is acquiring the Hoven 1 property in Jönköping from Länsförsäkringar. The purchase price amounts to SEK 104,4 M. Vasakronan is acquiring the Hoven 1 property on Djurläkartorget in Jönköping from Länsförsäkringar. The property is one of the largest office buildings in Jönköping, with 18,000 sq. m., of which 4,000 sq. m. of parking space. The Jönköping Municipality is the largest tenant. There are also a number of stores. The building, which is fully occupied, is located centrally in Jönköping adjacent to the railway station. "The property is a good complement to Vasakronan in Jönköping," says Rolf Åkerman, Western Region Manager in Vasakronan. "The property is in one of Jönköpings prime office locations" "The rental market is rising in Jönköping. During the past half year, we have had an increase in demand for office space and price levels have risen," says Björn Söderlund, Vasakronan's manager in Jönköping.
