The purchase price amounts to SEK 104,4 M. Vasakronan is acquiring the Hoven 1 property on Djurläkartorget in Jönköping from Länsförsäkringar. The property is one of the largest office buildings in Jönköping, with 18,000 sq. m., of which 4,000 sq. m. of parking space. The Jönköping Municipality is the largest tenant. There are also a number of stores. The building, which is fully occupied, is located centrally in Jönköping adjacent to the railway station.
