Karin Lepasoon leaves Vattenfall

Senior Vice President and Head of Group Communications at Vattenfall, Karin Lepasoon, has decided to leave Vattenfall and will commence a position at SEB.

Karin joined Vattenfall in 2016 and has been in the lead of defining and engaging Vattenfall’s employees and customers in the new strategic positioning of the Vattenfall brand.

• Karin Lepasoon has been instrumental in the transition of Vattenfall and a key promoter of our goal to make fossil free living possible within a generation. She has combined this with excellent leadership skills displayed in making our communications organisation an integral part of driving Vattenfall’s strategy and business agenda. I have truly enjoyed working with Karin and wish her all the best in her coming position, says Magnus Hall, President and CEO, Vattenfall.

Karin Lepasoon will leave Vattenfall at the latest in October 2020. A recruitment process for a successor will start immediately.
