Lars Gejrot becomes Vattenfall’s HR director

Lars Gejrot, 54, is new Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources, Vattenfall. His most recent job was with IKEA, where he has been Group Head of Human Resources for eight years.

Lars Gejrot has worked 18 years with IKEA in different managing positions, mainly with HR issues, stationed in Vienna, Basel, Paris and Helsingborg. Before that, he was for four years consultant of a recruitment and HR development company and ten years Swedish army officer. He starts his job on February 2nd.
