Vattenfall sells holding in Finnish power utility The Vattenfall Group subsidiary Lapuan Sähköntuotanto Oy is to sell its 10.6 per cent holding in the power utility Etelä-Pohjanmaan Voima Oy for FIM 106.7 million. The buyer is a consortium consisting of Helsingfors Energi, Kymppivoima Oy, Lahti Energia Oy, Perhonjoki Oy, TXU Nordic Energy Oy, Vanda Energi Ab and four of the company's present owners. The deal will be concluded on 1 September 2001, and represents part of the restructuring of Etelä-Pohjanmaan Voima's ownership structure.
