On Saturday at 17.15, Vattenfall will broadcast live over the web from the Tällberg Forum where Vattenfall’s President and CEO, Lars Josefsson, will be taking part in a debate on climate change. In co-operation with the Tällberg Forum, there will also be daily news broadcasts over the web that summarise the events of the previous day.

The Tällberg Forum will run over the week 27 June – 1 July. This annual forum has developed into an ongoing, open discussion of the overriding strategic issues facing business, industry and society at large.

Every morning, Vattenfall will broadcast a news programme over the web that summarises the events of the pre-vious day. In unique reports, we will interview participants such as the President of the Republic of Latvia, Vaira Vike-Freiberg, Nayan Chanda, the author and editor of Yale Global on- line and James Hansen, Director of the NASA Goddard Institute of Space Studies. We will follow the presentations and the informal discussions and capture the special atmosphere that characterises the Tällberg Forum.

On Saturday 30 June at 17.15, we will transmit a live webcast from a seminar entitled “Global Governance of Climate Change” in which Vattenfall’s President and CEO, Lars Josefsson, will take part. The moderator will be Christine Loh, President of Civic Exchange in Hong Kong. The panel members will include Robert Corell, The Washington Advisory Group, Jeremy Bentham, Vice President Global Business Environment, Shell, and Mark Moody-Stuart, Chairman, Anglo American.

The news summaries and the webcast are available on our campaign site www.vattenfall.com/tallberg and on the web-site of the Tällberg Foundation at www.tallbergfoundation.org.
