The invitation to the annual general meeting in VBG Group AB (publ) on 29 April 2021 was published by press release on 31 March 2021.

Shareholders representing more than 75 percent of the total number of votes in VBG Group have proposed that Per Trygg, representing SEB Asset Management SA, shall be elected as member of the nomination committee (item 13 on the agenda). After publication of the proposal, SEB Asset Management SA has informed that Per Trygg is no longer available for election. As a result, the proposal for election of members to the nomination committee has been revised so that Elisabet Jamal Bergström, representing SEB Asset Management SA, is instead proposed for election to the nomination committee. Apart from that, the proposal for election of members to the nomination committee remains unchanged.

VBG Group’s annual general meeting will be held on 29 April 2021 without the physical presence of shareholders, representatives or third parties. Shareholders exercise their voting rights only by postal voting. The proposal for election of members to the nomination committee, as well as an updated postal voting form, is available at the company’s premises and on the company’s website. Postal votes that have already been submitted using the previous form are still valid. It is also possible to submit a new postal vote, in which case the latter postal vote will apply instead of the previously submitted postal vote.
