Bouwfonds Veidekke AB aquires property to build homes by Väsjön lake in Sollentuna
The sellers are the Grosse family who live at Kastellgården on the Södersättra property and who intend to continue to live there.
The area is part of a larger area, the Väsjö area, which is currently subject of development planning. The municipal authorities in Sollentuna are expected to adopt the development plan during 2008.
A number of multi-family homes are planned on BVAB's property. The property directly adjacent to Väsjön lake is partly hilly and south-facing with a direct view of Väsjöbacken across the lake. The housing project will face south and Väsjön lake.
The purchase price is approximately MSEK 100, with the exact amount to be set when the City of Sollentuna approves the plans.
