Large contract for Veidekke at Majorstua in Oslo
| Veidekke Entreprenør AS has signed a construction contract for the Nye Major project at Sørkedalsveien 7-13 at Majorstua in Oslo. The contract price is approximately NOK 350 million excl. VAT and the companies behind the project are Fram Eiendom A/S and AS Naturbetong. The contract includes the building of 300 new flats and 5,000 sq.m. of shops and offices and the completion of underground parking facilities on two levels. The ground will also be prepared for a park in the area between the buildings. Our work starts at the beginning of 2007 and the building period will last until summer 2009.
