Major building contract for Veidekke in Stockholm
| In competition with several other contractors, Veidekke Bygg Stockholm AB has been awarded a conversion and newbuilding contract for the Jericho quarter in Stockholm. The client is property development company Diligentia AB. The contract price is SEK 300 million. The contract covers conversion for an existing tenant plus the construction of a new part. This project will be carried out as a working partnership and delivered as a turnkey contract. The work will commence immediately and is scheduled for completion at the beginning of 2008.
