Major Refurbishment Contract for Veidekke in Stockholm
Veidekke Bygg Stockholm AB has been awarded the contract for the refurbishment and extension of the Bocken block which is centrally situated in Stockholm. The contract has a value of approximately 300 MSEK.
Veidekke's contractual partner is Fabege AB, one of Sweden's leading property development companies focusing on offices and commercial premises. Tenants in the Bocken block include Max Matthiessen AB and Carnegie Investment Bank AB.
The construction work starts on 7 November 2007 and will be completed by 15 September 2009. The project will be executed as a partnering contract negotiated between the client and Veidekke.
