MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 27 September 2011 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 10 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 35.56 each. The Trust now holds 520 120 shares.
