More houses to be built in Liljeholmen, Stockholm - Veidekke acquires property in attractive lakeside area
Veidekke Bostad AB, wholly owned subsidiary of Veidekke Sverige AB, has signed an agreement to purchase the Lövholmen 13 property in Liljeholmen in Stockholm. Veidekke plans to build homes on the site, with sales starting in 2010.
The property has an attractive location right by Lake Mälaren and several houses are planned in the area.
The purchase price is approximately MSEK 96, with the exact amount to be set when the City of Stockholm approves the plans.
The seller is Viktor Hanson at Liljeholmen AB.
