New Veidekke Contracts Worth NOK 151 million in Lake Mjøsa District

In the past few months, Veidekke's division in the Lake Mjøsa district has signed contracts worth approximately NOK 151 million excluding VAT. These contracts are for Kremmertorget at Elverum, Lundstaden Apartments at Hafjell and a nursing home in Lillehammer.
Kremmertorget, Elverum
On behalf of Sektor Kremmertorget Eiendom AS Veidekke is building a new parking house and extensions to the existing shopping centre at Kremmertorget, Elverum. Kremmertorget has 41 shops and is the largest shopping centre in the district. The contract price is NOK 40 million excluding VAT. Construction has started and the project will be completed by the end of March 2005.


Nursing home and treatment centre, Lillehammer
The municipality of Lillehammer has signed a contract with Veidekke for the construction of a new nursing home and treatment centre, consisting of 29 flats, a cafeteria and 16 rooms for patients. The contract price is NOK 45 million excluding VAT. The new centre will be completed by November/December 2005.


Lundstaden Apartments, Hafjell
Lundstaden Leilgheter AS has commissioned Veidekke to build 32 apartments at Hafjell. The contract price is NOK 66 million excluding VAT. The construction work will be completed by the end of December 2005.
