New Construction Contracts for Veidekke in Sweden
One of the contracts is for road construction outside Strömstad, and the other three are construction work in the suburbs of Stockholm.
Highway bridges on E6
The Swedish Road Administration, Region West, Gothenburg, has commissioned Veidekke Construction AB, VECON, to build to highway bridges on E6 north of Strömstad. One of the bridges will cross Sörkilen and the other Dynekilen. The work will be executed in cooperation with Veidekke's operations in Østfold, Norway, and will be completed during autumn of 2008. The contract price is SEK 165 million.

Contracts in the Stockholm area
Veidekke Anläggning Öst AB has signed three contracts at a total price of SEK 105 million. The contracts are for the construction of:
- Two bridges and foundation work for a new fashion wear centre in the centre of Vällingby. The client is Svenska Bostäder AB. The construction will be completed in March 2007.
- Roads and pipelines for new residential construction within the Beckomberga Hospital area. The client is NVB-Bolaget. The work will be completed in summer 2008.
- Storage premises connected to the Älvsjö fair for Stockholmsmässan AB. The new storage hall will be completed in autumn 2006.
