New Contract worth SEK 53 million for Veidekke Stockholm AB

Veidekke Stockholm AB has been awarded the contract for the construction of the Klabben 4 Quarter, situated by the Sickla canal in Hammarby Sjöstad. The builders are SBC Bostad AB and Lennart Ericsson Fastigheter AB. The contract is for the construction of 50 flats and indoor parking facilities.

The construction work is scheduled to start in November/December 2002, and the flats will be ready for occupancy in December 2003. The contract price is SEK 53 million excluding VAT.
