The first contract is for a new hotel for Flesland Eiendom AS (Avinor). The new hotel will have two hundred guest rooms, a conference centre, restaurant and public areas, giving a total floor area of 11,000 square metres. It will be managed by Choice Hotels Scandinavia ASA. Construction work starts in December and will be completed in March 2007. The contract price is NOK 156 million excl. VAT.

Veidekke Entreprenør has also signed a contract with Avinor for extensions to the existing multi-storey car park and outdoor parking by the airport. This work is already underway and will be completed by June 2006. The contract price is NOK 28.5 million excl. VAT.

The third contract with Avinor is for a single-storey extension of the north wing of the existing terminal. The total area is 800 square metres. The work will be commenced in the new year and the contract price is NOK 10 million excl. VAT.

All three contracts are turnkey contracts.
