Revetal Invest AS has asked Veidekke to build a new a building for the administration of the municipality of Re, which is a merger of the municipalities of Ramnes and Våle). The contract price is NOK 44 million excluding VAT. The work has started and the building will be completed by 2 February 2005.

The new administration building will have four floors. The ground floor, which is 1,820 m2, will contain a service centre for the municipality (approximately 250 m2) and areas for commercial purposes such as a state owned liquor store, a restaurant and commercial kitchen and various shops. On the first floor (1,245 m2) there will be a maternal and child health centre, as well as premises for the National Health Insurance Office and offices for the Church authorities. On the second floor (1,245 m2) there will be meeting rooms and offices for among others the Educational-Psychological Service. The third floor will be a tower wing of 180 m2 housing an executive meeting room and dining room.

On behalf of Midtløkken Borettslag Veidekke has been commissioned by the housing cooperative of Tønsberg and Nøtterøy to build new flats, a new health centre and new premises for the administration of the municipal nursing and care services. The contract price is NOK 60 million excluding VAT. This is a turn-key project that is scheduled for completion by 15 August 2005.

There will be built two new separate five-floor wings to the existing housing and service centre. In all there will be 68 new special care flats ranging in size between 50 and 75 m2. There will be a parking area in the basement and an elevator to all floors. The flats have been designed to satisfy The Norwegian State Housing Bank's requirements for special care flats.

Fjellvig Invest AS has signed a contract with Veidekke to build 10 flats including a parking basement with room for 17 cars at Fjellviktoppen in the municipality of Sandefjord. The contract price is NOK 17.3 million excluding VAT. Construction has started and the work will be completed by 20 January 2005.
