The largest of these contracts, worth NOK 98.5 million, is Son Havn for Profier and COOP. The construction work is scheduled to start in mid-September and be completed in December 2006. Two blocks of flats are planned with a total of 59 flats. The contract also includes business premises for COOP, parking space for the flats, storage room, etc. totalling 3,900 square metres.

Portalen in Drøbak is a combined business and residential project, containing 37 flats and business premises totalling 3,670 square metres. The contract price is NOK 73.5 million. The work commenced in August and the completion date for the project is November 2006. The clients are Profier (33.3%), Veidekke Eiendom (33.3%) and Stiftstaden AS (33.3%).

Ski Bygg is extending its premises in Ski by 3,200 square metres, which includes both business and office premises and a 750-square metre conversion in the existing building. The contract price is NOK 21.5 million. The project started up in July this year and is due to be completed in March 2006.

Eikaparken in Drøbak is a residential project containing about 120 units. Veidekke Eiendom has a 50% share of this project, while Trend Eiendom and Stiftstaden AS have 25% each. The work on Area 5, which consists of 13 terraced houses, was started in October for delivery in July 2006. The contract price for Area 5 is NOK 13.5 million.
