The municipality of Brumunddal has ordered a new nursing home with room for 60 people and 30 sheltered homes. Total floor area of the two-storey building is 9,700 m2.  The construction work starts in Mach this year and will be completed in June 2004. The contract price is NOK 112 million, excluding VAT.

For Profier a/s Veidekke is erecting building containing 82 flats covering 6,000 m2, a parking basement of 2,700 m2 and a commercial area of 383 m2. The construction work has just started, and the building will be completed by June 2004. The contract price is NOK 83 million excluding VAT.

The municipality of Gjøvik has ordered a new two-storey schoolhouse of 4,300 m2. The construction work is in progress and will be completed in February 2004. The contract price is NOK 28 million excluding VAT.

"We have an annual turnover of approximately NOK 250 million in this district. In addition to the other construction projects we have going, these new contracts will give us a good basis for reaching our goals and maintain the activity in the district," says District Manager Gudmund Lien Bjørnstad.

"So far, the development has been very satisfactory. At the moment, we are working on several interesting projects that may be realised in the near future," he adds.
