New Veidekke Contracts Totalling NOK 99 million in Follo/Indre Østfold District

Veidekke Entreprenør AS has been awarded new construction contracts in Follo/Indre Østfold amounting to NOK 99 million excluding VAT. The largest contract is the Gro project in Nesodden with a contract value of NOK 53 million.
The Gro contract includes the construction of 39 flats and a shop for Rema 1000. Construction starts in January/February 2005 and the construction period is 14 months. The developers are Veidekke Eiendom AS and Trend Eiendom AS with a 50 per cent ownership share each.


Work has started on Opsahl Terrasse, Stage 2, for Eidsberg Boligbyggelag (a co-operative building society). The project includes 11 flats with a gross floor area of between 55 and 117 m2 each. The contract price is NOK 14 million. The project is scheduled for completion in October 2005.


Dyrløkkveien 2 in Drøbak consists of seven two-room flats and four three-room flats. The client is Slåke Invest and the contract price is NOK 10 million. The project will be handed over in June 2005.


Princess in Ski has awarded a contract to Veidekke for the construction of a new warehouse. Construction starts in December. The construction period is four months and the contract price is NOK 9 million.


Eikaparken in Drøbak is a housing estate with a total of 120 units, of which Veidekke Eiendom AS owns 50 per cent and Trend Eiendom AS and Stiftstaden AS own 25 per cent each. The first contract has a value of NOK 13 million. Construction starts in December and is scheduled for completion in August 2005. More construction contracts in this development project are expected in 2005.
