NOK 106 million building contracts for Veidekke in Follo

Veidekke Entreprenør AS has been commissioned to build new homes in the Follo region to a total value of NOK 106 million excluding VAT.

Kornmoveien, Tårnåsen
Veidekke will build three residential blocks at Kolbotn in Oppegård for Hansa Selvaag Kornmoenga AS. These will be built in Kornmoveien in Tårnåsen, on the site of the former Sætre biscuit factory. The Kornmoenga project consists of three residential blocks with a total of 51 apartments of between 45 and 95 square metres.

The contract is worth NOK 67 million excluding VAT. Building work starts in April and is scheduled to be completed in June 2012.

Dyrløkkeveien 6, Drøbak
Veidekke will build two residential blocks in Dyrløkkeveien 6 in Drøbak for O.H. Slåke Invest AS. There will be 24 apartments in all, from 65 to 134 square metres.

The contract is worth NOK 39 million excluding VAT. Building work starts in the middle of 2011 and is scheduled to be completed in November 2012.
