The contract includes refurbishing and extention work. The building will have two basements and eleven floors above ground, giving a total area of 14,800 m2. The architect has aimed to preserve the building's character as far as possible. Interior areas will be opened up in order to give the users maximum freedom of choice in connection with interior design.

In addition, SEBY has an optional contract for the interior work on the project, amounting to approximately NOK 30 million excluding VAT.

Construction has started and will be completed by 5 October 2005. The interior work is scheduled for completion by 1 January 2006.

The work will be executed by Veidekke's subsidiary SEBY AS in partnership with Veidekke's Building Refurbishment Department.
