Veidekke’s subsidiary Grande Entreprenør has won the contract to build the Bryggehagen residential project with 58 apartments in three buildings in Levanger centre. The contract with Levanger Brygge Utbygging AS (SEBO Boliger and TOBB) is a design and build contract valued at NOK 160 million excluding VAT.

“Through several great projects we have established a good partnership with SEBO Boliger and TOBB, and we are very pleased that they yet again have selected us as contractor on one of their residential projects. Levanger harbour has become an attractive residential area, and this project will make a great addition to Levanger centre,” says general manager Morten Hynne of Grande Entreprenør.

Bryggehagen is a continuation of the Levanger Brygge residential project that was completed in 2021. Grande Entreprenør will erect two four storey buildings and one five storey building with 50 regular apartments and eight private care homes. There will be commercial premises on the ground floor and a common basement with parking and storage rooms.

Construction starts in February, with completion scheduled from the late summer of 2024. More information about the project is available at https://www.seboboliger.no/prosjekter/bryggehagen/
