Veidekke Logistikkbygg AS has signed a contract with Toveien 41 AS (Anthon Eiendom and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap) to erect a logistics building in Vestby, south of Oslo. The contract is valued at around NOK 240 million excluding VAT.

Anthon Eiendom AS and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap AS have once again selected Veidekke Logistikkbygg as partner for a large logistics project. The contract builds on the good partnership developed through eight previous projects. The location is yet again very central in Toveien in Vestby Business Park, just next to Optimera’s new central warehouse.

“At Veidekke Logistikkbygg we have specialised in developing and building rational and efficient logistics buildings in design and build contracts. In close partnership with Anthon Eiendom and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap we will erect a building that will satisfy the requirements to a modern and efficient logistics building. We look forward to embarking on the task and to yet an interesting partnership,” says general manager Roar Kristiansen of Veidekke Logistikkbygg AS.

The building will have a gross area of almost 24,700 m2. Construction has already started and will be completed in 18 months.
