A total of 265 participants in the Company's share option program have on May 20th 2022 exercised a total of 131 625 options at a strike price of NOK 50.80.
A total of 218 participants in the Company's share option program have on May 20th 2022 exercised a total of 101 225 options at a strike price of NOK 55.11.
Following the exercise, the employees will purchase 232 850 shares.

Anne Thorbjørnsen has exercised 500 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 50.80 per share.
Marcus C Nilsson has exercised 1 000 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 50.80 per share, and bought 500 shares at NOK 55.11 per share.
Kristina Andreasson has exercised 500 options and bought 500 shares at NOK 50.80 per share.
Shares acquired through the program have a sales restriction on one year after exercise date.
