Veidekke has been commissioned by Signaturhagen Bolig AS and Boligbyggelaget TOBB to build a housing project with 72 apartments in the centre of Stjørdal. The contract is a design and build contract valued at NOK 245 million excluding VAT.

The project consists of three buildings of five floors and the 72 apartments vary in size from 42 – 109 m2. There will be commercial premises on the ground floor of one building, and there will be shared car and bicycle parking downstairs. The apartment complex will have unique common areas including a warm tropical garden with summer all year, a shared lounge, a fitness room with sauna and a separate guest apartment.

“We thank Signaturhagen Bolig and TOBB for the assignment, and now we look forward to getting started on the construction work. The project will be carried out by Veidekke and our subsidiary Grande Entreprenør, along with other local partners,” says Torgeir Wiig, Regional Director of Veidekke Bygg Trøndelag.

Demolition work on the site is underway and construction work is scheduled to start in October with occupancy in the summer of 2024.
