Veidekke Logistikkbygg has been awarded the contract by Toveien 41 AS (Anthon Eiendom and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap) to erect yet another logistics building in Vestby municipality just south of Oslo. The contract is valued at close to NOK 250 million excluding VAT.

The building will be almost 24,500 m2 gross area in size and will be built in Vestby business park. The project has been developed in partnership between Anthon Eiendom and Veidekke Logistikkbygg, and joins the series of nine projects the parties have executed together in recent years.

“We are very grateful that Anthon Eiendom and Pareto Eiendomsfellesskap once again have placed their trust in us. We have a very good partnership where we develop excellent, rational and efficient projects, just as the users of a modern logistics building expect today,” says general manager Roar Kristiansen of Veidekke Logistikkbygg.

Construction work has just started and will be carried out in the course of 18 months.
