Veidekke and Neptune continue with partnership in Oslo

Neptune Properties AS has entered into an agreement with Veidekke Entreprenør AS to build the Ensjøhøyden residential project where 97 of the 133 apartments already have been sold. This is a turnkey contract valued at NOK 238 million, excluding VAT.

The contract comprises building three five and six storey apartment buildings, associated outdoor areas and underground parking. The project has a central location at Ensjø with a short distance to grocery shops, restaurants and numerous other services. There are also several kindergartens and schools in the neighbourhood, and only a five minute Metro trip to the city centre.

In addition to efficient apartments with one, two and three bedrooms, the project includes unique top-floor apartments with large, private roof terraces. Apartments range in size from 35 square metres to the largest top-floor apartment of 94 square metres. The buildings will be built in concrete and steel with brick façades with wood and sheet details.

Neptune already has contracts with Veidekke for the construction of Holtet Horisont I and Holtet Horisont II, close to Bækkelaget in Oslo. Combined, Veidekke will build 219 apartments for Neptune at Holtet and Ensjø, at an overall value of approx. NOK 470 million.

Existing buildings on the site are scheduled for demolition in the spring. The actual construction will take place in one stage and is expected to commence in the third quarter of 2017.
