The project includes the construction of a seven-storey high building with room for 193 apartments and a parking area on two levels.

The apartments will be sold through Riksbyggen's housing cooperative, Gångaren 1, and Veidekke' s housing cooperative, Flanören.

The contract for the first stage of the development has been awarded to Veidekke Stockholm AB as a result of a tender competition. This is a turnkey contract, which includes groundwork and parking facilities and has a contract value of SEK 72 million. 

The construction work will start immediately.
