Veidekke ASA : CONTEMPLATING ISSUING NEW BONDS

Veidekke ASA is contemplating issuing up to NOK 500 million kroner in new senior unsecured bonds in the Norwegian bond market with maturity in June 2018. The net proceeds of the potential bond issues will be used for general corporate purposes.

DNB Markets and SEB are acting as Joint Managers for the issuance.
