Veidekke ASA : MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 28 November 2013 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 115 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 50.9457 each. The Trust now holds 27 476 shares.

Employees purchased 1 563 480 shares in Veidekke from Stiftelsen (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) in November 2013, see notification 18 November 2013.

These shares will be transferred from the Trust in December 2013. The balance of Veidekke shares is shown after this transaction.
