Veidekke ASA : MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 25 November 2013 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 200 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 50.75 each. The Trust now holds 1 040 988 shares.

These shares will be resold to employees in Veidekke in the share purchase offer in November 2013.
