Veidekke ASA : MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 11 June 2013 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 110 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 47.30 each. The Trust now holds 6 987 shares.

Senior executives purchased 1 191 155 shares in Veidekke from Stiftelsen (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) in May 2013, see notification 15 May 2013.

These shares will be transferred from the Trust in June 2013. The balance of Veidekke shares is shown after this transaction.
