Veidekke ASA : MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 27 November 2012 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 75 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 44.7333 each. The Trust now holds 2 737 shares.

Employees purchased 1 616 217 shares in Veidekke from Stiftelsen (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) in November 2012, see notification 19 November 2012.

These shares will be transferred from the Trust in December 2012. The balance of Veidekke shares is shown after this transaction.
