Veidekke ASA : MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 19 November 2012 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 565 292 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 44.8646 each. The Trust now holds 1 381 547 shares.

These shares will be resold to employees in Veidekke in the share purchase offer in November 2012.
