Veidekke ASA : PRESENTATION OF FIRST QUARTER RESULTS 2013

Please note that Veidekke will hold its presentation of its results for the first quarter 2013 on Tuesday 7 May at 8.00 a.m. at Veidekkes head office, Skabos vei 4, Skøyen, Oslo. The presentation and Q&A session will be translated into English simultaneously and can be followed via webcast at www.veidekke.no. It will be possible to ask questions through web.

The company will release the first quarter figures at the companys Annual General Meeting on Monday, 6 May at 5.00 p.m.
