Veidekke ASA : SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW UNSECURED BONDS
Reference is made to the notification sent earlier today regarding a potential new bond issue by Veidekke ASA.
Veidekke ASA has successfully completed issuance of NOK 500 million in the Norwegian bond market with maturity in June 2018, priced at 3 months NIBOR plus 175 basis points.
As previously announced, the purpose of the bond issuance is for general corporate purposes.
DNB Markets and SEB have acted as Joint Managers for the issuance.
