Veidekke ASA : Veidekke to build more flats at Ensjø in Oslo
Veidekke Eiendom AS has awarded Veidekke Entreprenør AS the contract to build stages three and four of the Marienfryd housing project at Ensjø in Oslo. A total of 105 flats and more than 100 parking spaces with a sales value of NOK 362 million are to be built.
The contract comprises the construction of 60 flats in stage three and 45 flats in stage four, in addition to 103 parking spaces. The flats will range in size from 42 sqm to more than 100 sqm with spacious family-friendly outdoor areas, and will be located next to the new Tidemann Park. So far, 66 flats have been sold.
Up to now, Veidekke has handed over 80 flats in the Marienfryd project, and currently has a total of 183 flats under production. Planning and sale of stage five with 50 new apartments is imminent. Stage six will follow, which is the final stage. When the project is completed, it will include almost 390 homes, parking for 285 cars in a garage and a kindergarten.
Veidekke is cooperating with the Asthma and Allergy Association to build homes with exceptionally good and healthy indoor environments. Through conscious choices and carefully considered solutions and materials, Veidekke is facilitating healthy housing.
