Veidekke ASA: Addendum to summons to Bondholders' Meeting for VEI11 and notice of cancellation of Bondholders’ Meeting for VEI10

Reference is made to the summons, published 2 September 2020, to Bondholders’ Meeting to be held 16 September 2020. Based on feedback to the proposals received from investors, Veidekke ASA has decided to:

1. Improve the early redemption price in the proposal for the Bond Issue with ISIN NO0010823388 (“VEI11”), and
2. Cancel the early redemption proposal and the Bondholders’ Meeting for the Bond Issue with ISIN NO0010819261 (“VEI10”).
