Veidekke ASA: Daniel Kjørberg Siraj is temporarily retiring from the board of directors

On Wednesday 13 November 2019, Veidekke announced that the company has decided to split the group into two separate entities and establish the property development operation under a new ownership structure.

Veidekke’s board member Daniel Kjørberg Siraj, who is the CEO of OBOS, today informed Veidekke that he will temporarily not participate in Veidekke's board work for the duration of the announced ongoing process around Veidekke’s property development business. OBOS has concluded, based on Veidekke's announcement of a new ownership structure for the property development business, that OBOS wishes to be at liberty to assess its own strategic interests in the process.
