Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 21 June 2018 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 25 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 83.2385 each. The Trust now holds 145 000 shares.
