Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 31 May 2018 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 100 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 95.0316 each. The Trust now holds 71 429 shares.
Employees of Veidekke purchased 959 144 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in May 2018, see notification 14 May 2018. These shares will be transferred from the Trust in June 2018. The balance of Veidekke shares in the Trust is shown after this transaction.
