Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 12 September 2017 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 15 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 102.25 each. The shares were immediately sold to an employee of Veidekke. The Trust now holds 216 573 shares.
