Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE
On 30 May 2017 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 600 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 113.75 each. The Trust now holds 87 806 shares.
Employees purchased 832 855 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in May 2017, see notification 19 May 2017. These shares will be transferred from the Trust in June 2017. The balance of Veidekke shares in the Trust is shown after this transaction.
