Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 16 November 2016 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 450 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 124.00 each. The Trust now holds 48 421 shares.

Employees of Veidekke purchased 845 657 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in November 2016, see notification 14 November 2016. These shares will be transferred from the Trust in December 2016. The balance of Veidekke shares in the Trust is shown after this transaction.
