Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 2 June 2016 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 70 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 105.8693 each. The Trust now holds 26 219 shares.

Employees purchased 821 717 shares in Veidekke from the Trust in May 2016, see notification 23 May 2016. These shares will be transferred from the Trust in June 2016. The balance of Veidekke shares in the Trust is shown after this transaction.
