Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 29 June 2015 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 20 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 87.6586 each. The Trust now holds 121 346 shares.
