Veidekke ASA: MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

On 3 June 2014 Stiftelsen Veidekkeansattes aksjekjøp (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) purchased 240 000 Veidekke shares at a price of NOK 66.00 each.

Senior executives Employees purchased 863 354 shares in Veidekke from Stiftelsen (the Veidekke Employee Share Trust) in May 2014, see notification 16 May 2014.

These shares will be transferred from the Trust in June 2014. The balance of Veidekke shares is after this transaction 27 659 shares.
